Privacy notice
What this website collects — the form fields you submit, and analytics only if you allow them — why, for how long, and how to ask for erasure. The demo form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it; for that check Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser details. Your request is stored in our CRM, Zoho. No advertising cookies are set under any circumstances.
Terms of use
Website terms. Product terms are in the master services agreement, which is issued before contracting and reviewed with your counsel.
Data residency statement
Production data for the OfferingDesk India deployment will be hosted in India: primary storage, backups, logs and the audit chain. Sub-processors are listed on request. Hosting is confirmed in writing at contracting.
Nothing on this site is legal advice
The product pages describe what OfferingDesk does, and the regulation pages summarise what each regulation says. Neither tells your firm what its own obligations are. Every regulatory figure on this site carries the instrument and provision it comes from so your counsel can check it in one step.
