Twenty minutes, and we will tell you what is built and what is not.
OfferingDesk is in development. The demo walks the designed console, the rule packs, the gate sequence and the evidence export — labelled honestly as we go. Bring compliance; most desks do.
Before the call
Tell us your deal type and expected jurisdictions and we will configure the walkthrough around them, so you are not watching a generic tour.
On the call
Room setup, the five-step gate including a denial, the watermarked reader with a serial number, restriction-window scheduling, and the evidence export opened line by line.
After the call
A scoped quote for the tier and rule packs that fit your deal, a straight answer on any jurisdiction we cannot yet gate, and the controls table with dates on it for your compliance team.
What we will not do
Show you a running deal room we do not have, or describe a roadmap item as a feature. If your evaluation needs a production reference today, we will tell you on this call rather than at week six.
Thank you.
Your request is with our team. We will reply by email with two or three times to choose from.

Demo questions
How long is the demo?
Twenty minutes booked, and as long as your questions take. We would rather run over than leave a compliance question half-answered.
Can our compliance team join separately?
Yes, and often that works better. Say so in the message field and we will offer a second, compliance-only session with no product pitch.
Do we need to sign anything first?
No. No NDA, and no data from your firm is required.
Why do you need a work email?
We route requests to the right account team by firm domain, and a work email confirms you are evaluating on behalf of an institution. If your firm blocks external forms, write to us from your work address instead.
Will you show us a live deal room?
No, because there is not one. OfferingDesk is in development. What we show is the designed console and investor portal, the rule packs, the gate sequence and the evidence-export format — each labelled as built or designed as we go.
