What do compliance teams ask about the controls?
How is the audit trail tamper-evident?
Each event carries a hash of the previous event. Exports include the chain head, which is signed to write-once storage, and a verification routine confirms there are no gaps — reporting the first divergent id if there are.
What exactly does the watermark contain?
The viewer’s name or email, the time in IST and UTC, the deal id and the reader’s recipient serial number, plus optional fields such as a masked IP address, tiled diagonally across every page at low opacity and composited into the page image server-side.
Can a syndicate member see another bank’s analytics?
No. Syndicate members see engagement for their own firm only; the lead BRLM sees the whole book.
Why is there no investor download?
Because a downloaded file leaves the control boundary, and every mechanism for controlling it afterwards is either a rights-management dependency or a promise we could not keep. A view-only reader with a server-composited watermark removes that problem rather than deferring it.
What support do we get during a live deal?
A named engineer is assigned to your deal, with extended support through the distribution window, from go-live to closing. Outside a live deal, support runs in Indian business hours.
